What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
MOQ varies by product category — typically 20–100 pieces per design. For custom orders or mixed collections we are flexible. Contact us with your requirements and we'll work out the best arrangement for you.
Do you offer custom designs and private labelling? +
Yes. We specialise in custom design work — from your sketches or reference images, our master craftsmen develop prototypes. Private labelling and custom packaging are available for wholesale buyers.
Which countries do you export to? +
We export to 50+ countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, UAE, and across Southeast Asia. Full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin is provided.
What are your payment terms? +
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Letter of Credit (LC). Standard terms are 30–50% advance with the balance before shipment. For established buyers we offer flexible payment arrangements.
How long does production and shipping take? +
Standard orders take 3–6 weeks for production. Custom designs add 1–2 weeks for sample approval. Shipping varies by destination — typically 10–25 days by sea freight or 5–7 days by air freight.
